This is something you have to be wary of and you need someone who can be a good property manager and protect you. With feet on the ground, a property manager can inspect four times a year if necessary. This is better than having someone growing drugs in your home.

Lease Enforcement and Legal Issues

Nightmares can also occur with the security deposit, tenant claims, and lease enforcement. A good attorney will protect you from potential lawsuits. You need to make sure you’re prepared for everything that could happen. If you hire a good property management company, you’ll have an experienced attorney on your team already. Protect yourself. You need insurance and you need a good property management company. There are always ways to cut corners, but saving up front can mean you’ll lose later. Go for value, not cost.
